I came to the facility due to surgery on my ankle. When I first arrived I was nervous, scared, and wanted to go home. The staff and doctor quickly made me feel at ease. I received around the clock care. Sometimes it was medical other times it would be a hot cup of cocoa @ 2:00 am when I couldn’t sleep. The entire staff gave me A+ care. I was always made to feel cared about and respected. My room is in a good spot for me to observe the staff’s interactions with the other clients. They are always respectful, caring, professional, and mindful of safety. l just can’t say enough good things about the employees and their dedication to their clients. The Rehab department is awesome. Without their help and guidance I wouldn’t be prepared to use my wheelchair and walker safely.
